Computer games by Oberon-Media

I purchased a game but refused a membership costing $6.99 a month. Since then, they have continued taking I recently purchased a game from Oberon-Media for $6.99 but refused membership for $6.99 a month. However, they have continued to take $6.99 from my checking account every month and this month they took it out twice. I cannot find any place that allows me to cancel the membership. I need to cancel this membership as I am on a fixed income and this creates a hardship on me and my family. This practice must stop immediately. 4

After contacting the various local police departments, the Consumer Protection Agency, the Better Business Bureau, we will be in touch with our attorneys to file a class action suit against both Oberon Media and MSN.

Also, please note we are in the process of filing a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Oberon Media refuses to acknowledge payment.

I bought a game in 2009 from Oberon Media, they are refusing to give me the link and my reg. code for something that I paid for. Don't buy anything with their fingerprints on it. They will *** out of what you know you have had for that time, and offer you something lesser. Yeah I'm pissed because I spent 20 bucks on a game that was the deluxe edition and they are trying to pass off their lest expensive game. I'm telling you all that read this do not use them for your game software.

Oberon Media is nothing more than the roofer that takes money from old people and never returns to do the work. Contact Oberon Media Customer Support?

Why? All you get is pre-written paragraphs that has nothing to do with the problems. In Nov 2010, Oberon took 6 payments from my bank account. Money that they had no right to take.

Since Dec 4, 2010 I e mailed several times and requested that I get an answer as to why they took the payments, how are they going to return the money, and what happened to the "free"game is was to receive.

To date the only response I received was and explanation of how the membership works and they explained the different packages that are available. Oberon refuses to address the billing error.
